my view, and this might sound a bit harsh, is no one has rights because when it comes down to it nature is indifferent it doesnt care if you are a woman a man or an animal. Keeping this in mind, wouldnt you want someone to treat you with respect? so why would you treat someone else with anything less? People shouldnt have to claim they have rights for you to not abuse them. I feel the same way about animals, respecting them simply because they exist not because of what i can benefit from them.
